We are a small group of dedicated collectors and restoration artists based in the UK and USA.
-
Most of the time!
As we tend to buy large groups of Furby at a time to restore for our collection, any duplicates we receive are typically sold to both fund our collection and help us get access to better tools such as Retrobrite.
Check out our eBay store to see what’s available. -
Typically not.
Emoto-Tronic Furby are extremely delicate due to degradation of the plastic compound. We tend to avoid them when it comes to restoration, but we do collect them if we find them in salvageable condition, to which we will re-box them for display. -
Not at this time, we are still perfecting our techniques before taking them on.
We cannot repair the “tennies” (antenna"). -
Simple! Once you have paid the initial fee, you will mail your Furby to us (we will e-mail an address), and once it is repaired and approved, it will be mailed back to you.
It is important to note that all mailing costs are the clients responsibility. -
If we cannot repair your Furby, you will receive a full refund, alongside your returned Furby.
-
Unfortunately, the mail can lose or damage packages sometimes. If your Furby is lost, there is sadly nothing we can do. But if your Furby was damaged in transit, mail it back and we will repair it for free!
-
The majority of our Furby are shipped from the UK, and in some cases, the USA.
We have sold and restored Furby for many countries, such as the USA, UK, Czech Republic, Australia, etc!
That is to say, yes, absolutely!
